Exercice 1: Draw a square with 6,2 centimetre sides using this base line.
- Draw two perpendicular lines using the points of the extremes.
- Use the length given to reach points C and D.
- Join points A, B, C and D to draw the square.
Exercice 2: Draw a rectangle. Its diagonal line is 5 centimetres and the length of one side is 2,5 centimetres.
- Draw the AC diagonal line and use its centre point O to draw a circumference of radius OC.
- Use A and C as centre points to draw two arcs with the same length as the radius of the circumference so they intersect at B and D.
- Draw lines to join A, B, C and D to form the rectangle.
